It has been natural for Phil to write with pen in hand. At age eleven, when he was in the fifth grade, he won a citywide essay contest with a composition on patriotism. At age 96 he is still writing. And, as it was said of Moses at the time of his death, “his eye was not dim nor his natural force abated.” (Deuteronomy 34:7) Moses was 120 years old at the time of his death. Phil is looking ahead to a similar goal.
